Spiritual Director
As a New Zealander, I have been privileged to be connected to nature throughout my life. Through this connection I have developed a love for silence, solitude and contemplation. I spent many years living in Patagonia in Argentina, which also enhanced my desire to be more deeply connected to the Holy through contemplative practices. In 2020 I finished my qualification as a Spiritual Director, where I added to my toolbox of practices and skills to journey with others. Spiritual Direction is the art of listening, rather than counselling. No matter where you are at, what you believe or where you are going, I can help you explore your spiritual experiences.
What is Spiritual Direction and what does a Spiritual Director do?
I walk with you in your spiritual journey, providing a save pace for you to explore your
sense of The Holy. Together we notice where God is showing up in your life which may include using creative practices to explore this more deeply such as journaling, art, nature, dream work, craft, poetry, photography and more. The space is yours, I am your companion in it.
